Duration:                             6 months and MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON A W2 BASIS
Participates in, and conducts company training programs. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Looking to hire an Instructional Designer to review existing job aids and training materials for the purpose of making best practice content and format recommendations.
The Instructional Designer must have demonstrated experience with the development of training materials and job aids. The Instructional Designer should provide samples of student training guides and/or job aids from previous assignments.
The Instructional Designer should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Share Point. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud Service application would be an advantage.
The Instructional Designer should have experience working with document repositories in a database environment including the ability to organize document for user friendly retrieval.
The Instructional Designer will be expected to implement / execute approved recommendations.
