 Training Specialist Philadelphia
1.  Experience: 
Candidate must have:
  •          Significant training development experience (3-5 years minimum) including experience applying the ADDIE model (detailed below in Services section.)
  •          Must be computer literate and proficient in WORD and Excel.
  •          Able to deliver standup Instructor-Led classroom training with excellent presentation skills.
  •          Demonstrated ability to analyze and work with business contacts to determine existing documentation and then document training materials based on approved procedures or processes.
  •          Comfort with ambiguity and be able to engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Candidate should have:
  •          Experience with Advanced Meter Infrastructure training projects and/or large scale project experience in the Utilities industry.
  •          Samples of work during interview.
  •          Experience with large Consulting Firms
  •          Experience using Video Technologies in training materials development. I.e., performing/editing video recording, importing it into WBT or using slides/stills in training materials.

3.    Services

3.1.          Activities will include but are not limited to, the following key areas:

  Follow the Customer Operations & New Applications (CO&NA) Training Model of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE). All Training Specialists will perform all phases of the training material development process from analysis, design, development, facilitation/delivery of the material (implement), and evaluation.
  Assist with the design/development, testing and implementation of web based trainings (WBT).
  Attend SGSM related workshops, meetings, table tops, town halls as defined by the project.  This will support the development of project knowledge base, train-the-trainer knowledge and materials and end user training materials.
  Perform analysis review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) or Procedures & Processes as identified by project requirements and Business Process Analysis Documents (BPADs).
  Assess current practice (As-Is / To-Be) at job/task level.
  Gather and Assess existing training material, processes, and undocumented processes.
  Assist in compiling preliminary training needs.
  Assist with analysis of business support (SMEs / Dept Process Owners from the business).
  Assist in determining learning objectives which will serve as the blue print for all material development.
  Design/develop training design templates, guide templates, job aid templates and glossary templates.
  Design and develop preliminary materials for future releases.
  Assist with design/development and testing of Training environment.
  Work with Tech Arch to develop sandbox and Training environment.
