Key points:
Architect in this space making the next move to director / lead level, monitoring the systems. 
Lead and collaborate with cross functional and cross organizational teams to define, design and build web eCommerce initiatives and features 

Develop detailed project, operational, resource and risk plans 
Lead Magento & WCM development operations for code deployment, continuous integration, and source control.
Act as main point of contact for LVL 1 & 2 triage of daily issues while working to continually improve ecommerce operational effectiveness
Minimum 3-5 years managing complex ecommerce projects or development teams. Ideally large-scale eCommerce projects. 
Experience deploying Magento, LAMP stack, Web Content Management, MySQL, AWS
Experience in creating continuous integration development environments
Autoscaling with AWS
Experience and solid understanding of ecommerce systems and processes (Browse to cart, checkout to order fulfillment)
Architecture, programming and database experience in an ecommerce environment
Responsibilities

The Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will collaborate with Business and Technical teams to deliver operational excellence by driving process and operational improvements and maintaining a high level of excellence in day to day operations within the Ecommerce Technical team. 

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, identifying and mitigating operational risk and facilitating strong project and operational communications. 

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background working on technical and operational focused ecommerce projects and experience managing day to day ecommerce activities. They should be highly organized and proactive to lead cross functional teams in a dynamic fast paced environment. They should possess an acute attention to detail, and the dedication to see projects through from start to finish. 

Traditional project management activities include planning, project scheduling, resource management including external 3rd party partnerships, budget tracking, status reporting, managing stakeholders, and day-to-day management of project work. The candidates should also be experienced in the end-to-end scrum or agile methodologies. They should be thorough and detailed with documentation and communication, efficient enough to meet deadlines and exude a collaborative attitude in all situations.

Act as main point of contact for LVL 1 & 2 triage of daily issues while working to continually improve ecommerce operational effectiveness
Monitor and resolve day to day ecommerce activities such as batch processes between various front end and backend systems, issues that arise from the field or customer base that are technical in nature
Work with scrum master to effectively manage development work within sprint.
Build environment and process to scale effectively and monitor system operations

Required Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years managing complex eCommerce projects or development teams. Ideally large-scale eCommerce projects. 
Experience deploying Magento, LAMP stack, Web Content Management, MySQL, AWS
Experience in creating continuous integration development environments

Experience and solid understanding of ecommerce systems and processes (Browse to cart, checkout to order fulfillment)
Architecture, programming and database experience in an ecommerce environment
Ideally, this person has been in a Dev Ops architect position and has moved into management or looking to take the next step in management of similar projects and activities
Experience with JIRA, GIT, Confluence, MSOffice
