The ideal candidate has a strong technical background working on ERP deployments using Netsuite, Product Information Management, CRM and other retail enterprise applications.
  • Minimum 3-5 years managing complex ecommerce projects or development teams from start to finish
  • Ideally large-scale retail ERP projects
  • Experience deploying Netsuite, with some knowledge of PIM (Prefer Stibo), and CRM
  • Ideally, this person has been in an enterprise architect position and has moved into or looking to take the next step in management of similar projects and activities
  • Experience with JIRA, GIT, Confluence, MSOffice 
Summary: The Delivery Director, Enterprise Applications is responsible for delivery of world-class back end ERP, Product Information Management, CRM and other Enterprise applications through the configuration, development and deployment by effectively managing internal and external vendor based teams.   This role is responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, identifying and mitigating operational risk and facilitating strong project and operational communications.  The delivery director is expected to work with architects, PMO, developers, QA, business stakeholders and executives.
Traditional project management activities include planning, project scheduling, resource management including external 3rd party partnerships, budget tracking, status reporting, managing stakeholders, and day-to-day management of project work. The candidates should also be experienced in the end-to-end scrum or agile methodologies. They should be thorough and detailed with documentation and communication, efficient enough to meet deadlines and exude a collaborative attitude in all situations. 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and/or demonstrated capability through previous experience and education to perform job responsibilities 
  • Minimum 3-5 years managing complex ecommerce projects or development teams. Ideally large-scale retail ERP projects. 
  • Experience deploying Netsuite, with some knowledge of PIM (Prefer Stibo), and CRM
  • Experience with MDM of orders, products, customers
  • Experience in integration of enterprise class systems
  • Architecture, deployment and integration experience in how these systems work together
  • Ideally, this person has been in an enterprise architect position and has moved into or looking to take the next step in management of similar projects and activities
  • Highly proficient in developing project schedules
  • Ability and desire to get deep into problem situations and work to resolve them
  • Experience with JIRA, GIT, Confluence, MSOffice
